Answer: Click on the eBackpack student guide link on the High School iPad page for instructions. Teachers will follow up with additional instruction with you in the classroom.

Question: How do I download and install apps?

Answer: Your iPad comes pre-installed with all the apps you will need for your classwork. If you wish to personalize the iPad with more apps you can go into iTunes, search for an app, and install it on the iPad.

Question: How do I find the serial number on my iPad?

Answer: The easiest way to find your serial number is to go into ‘Settings>General>About’, and the serial number will be listed there.
