SSHS Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear South Side HS Families,

We are looking forward to our fall Parent-Teacher Conferences, which will be held on October 30th and November 13th from 6:30-8:30 PM.  The link to sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences will be sent to you on Thursday, October 23rd at 8:00 AM. Please sign up for your conference(s) prior to the conference dates as My Conference Time will prohibit you from signing up on the day of the conference. Each time slot is six minutes in length. Parents are encouraged to stagger the slots they sign up for if possible, as travel time between classrooms will be needed.

 To schedule your conference(s) on or after October 23rd at 8:00 AM:

1. Go to the link provided to you on October 23rd at 8:00 AM. (click here for a “how to” on signing up for conferences)    
2. Find and click the name of each of your child’s teachers.
3. Select your preferred date and time and enter the required information.
4. Check the box to receive a text and/or enter your email address to receive a confirmation that will enable you to return to your registration to view, edit or cancel.
5. Click the ‘Sign Up for your Conference’ button towards the bottom of the screen. 

The ‘Register for Multiple Time Slots’ link allows you to sign up one child with multiple teachers or sign up multiple children with their teachers. If your child is in the Integrated Co-Teaching program, we suggest that you sign up for BOTH the General Education and Special Education teacher during the same time slot, as they will be located in the same room and can meet simultaneously with you.

In addition to being able to meet with your child’s teachers, you may also sign up to meet with members of our Pupil Personnel Services staff, such as their school counselor, social worker, speech pathologist or psychologist.

Time slots will be available on a first come first served basis. If the staff member you would like to meet with has no more available slots, please contact that staff member directly to arrange another time to speak.
